- Operated by a simple on / off switch with a power light indicator, the 14″ long hollow-ground, chromium-plated carbon steel knife can slice precise thicknesses up to 5/8″ for ultra-fine, tissue-thin cuts or thicker slices.
- This slicer is constructed of durable stainless steel and anodized aluminum for long-lasting use and easy cleaning.
- It boasts a top-mounted, two-stone knife sharpener to continuously maintain a sharp blade and has a carriage that accepts food up to 11″ x 8 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ in size.
- For safe use, the motor is completely enclosed with a no-volt release feature, and a permanent knife ring guard is included to always cover the non-slicing portion of the knife.
